Who We Are
Pulse Intelligence is an AI-powered market intelligence platform operated by Global Intelligence Actions, based in Ireland. We help businesses surface content opportunities and market insights from live digital signals.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at: support@globalintelligenceactions.com
We believe trust is fundamental to business intelligence. We aim to handle personal information responsibly, securely and transparently.

Why We Collect It
We collect this information to:

Lawful Basis for Processing
Under GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases to process your personal data:
- Application processing — We process your application information to evaluate your request to join the Pulse Founding Member programme and to communicate with you about that application.
- Legitimate interests — We rely on legitimate interests to improve Pulse, understand how the platform is used, maintain security, prevent abuse and operate the pre-launch programme, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Contract — If you become a Founding Member or customer, we may process your information where necessary to provide the requested service and manage that relationship.
- Consent — Consent applies only where we explicitly ask for optional consent, such as future marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How Business DNA Is Generated
After you submit your application, we send the information you have provided to Google Gemini (a third-party AI service) to generate a structured profile we call Business DNA™. This profile includes a summary of your business, your positioning, likely content platforms, and the types of opportunities that may be relevant to you.
Business DNA™ is generated solely from information you supply and is used to personalise your Pulse experience and identify potentially relevant intelligence. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Business DNA™ is not professional, legal, financial or business advice and should not be relied upon as such.
This profile is stored securely and is not shared with other users or third parties beyond what is described in this policy. If you believe any personal information in your profile is inaccurate, you may contact us to request a review or correction.
How We Store Your Data
Your personal data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored in the EU (or EU-equivalent regions where applicable). We use row-level security policies to ensure your data is accessible only to authorised systems and personnel.
Form progress is temporarily stored in your browser's localStorage until submission or until you clear your browser data. A session identifier is stored in sessionStorage to correlate your in-session product interactions. Neither of these contains sensitive personal information.
Security Measures
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Row-level security on our database (Supabase)
- Access controls limiting which systems and individuals can read applicant data
- No public read access to personal application data
We are a pre-launch platform. Our security practices are continuously reviewed as we grow.
Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
| Service | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database storage | EU |
| n8n | Workflow automation | Cloud |
| Hostinger | Email delivery (SMTP) | EU |
| Google Gemini | Business DNA generation | Google Cloud |
| Anthropic Claude | Content generation (where applicable) | US |
| Lovable | Frontend hosting | Cloud |
Each processor handles your data only as necessary to provide their service. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party processors (including Google Gemini, Anthropic and Lovable) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses or the processor's own adequacy certifications.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including managing the Founding Member programme, providing services, maintaining appropriate operational and compliance records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.
If an application is unsuccessful, we will retain the application only for a limited period appropriate to the programme and then delete or anonymise it, unless there is a lawful reason to retain it longer.
If you request deletion and no legal or operational obligation requires continued retention, we will delete or anonymise the relevant information within a reasonable period.
Your Rights Under GDPR
As a person based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
To exercise any of these rights, email: support@globalintelligenceactions.com
We will respond within 30 days.
We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests in order to protect your personal information.
