How we protect your data

Encrypted in Transit

All communication between your browser and Pulse is encrypted using HTTPS. Your data is protected from interception whenever it travels between your device and our systems.

Secure Database Architecture

Application data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enforced across every table. This means each row of data can only be accessed by the systems and roles explicitly authorised to do so.

Founding Member applications and Business DNA profiles are protected by database-level access controls. No public read access is permitted on personal or applicant data.

Controlled Backend Workflows

All backend processing — including application intake, AI generation and email delivery — runs through isolated, monitored workflows. Credentials and API keys are stored securely server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

Restricted Access

Access to applicant information is limited to authorised internal systems. We do not share your application data with other users or expose it through public endpoints.

Continuous Review

We are a pre-launch platform and actively review our security practices as we grow. We apply updates and improvements as the platform evolves.

Your Privacy

Your information stays yours

We only collect information necessary to operate the Pulse platform.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Your application information and Business DNA profile are private and not publicly accessible.
Founding Member applications are stored securely and cannot be read by other users or by unauthenticated systems.
You can contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

AI that supports your judgement

Pulse uses AI models to analyse signals, score opportunities and generate Business DNA profiles. These outputs are designed to surface relevant intelligence quickly — not to replace your professional judgement.

AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. We recommend reviewing important recommendations before making business decisions based on them.

Pulse intelligence is a tool to assist and accelerate your thinking — the decisions remain yours.
