Terms of Use

1. About This Platform

Pulse Intelligence is an AI-powered market intelligence platform operated by Global Intelligence Actions (Ireland). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the platform at globalintelligenceactions.com.

By submitting a Founding Member application or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use Pulse on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Pre-Launch and Beta Notice

Pulse is currently operating as a pre-launch platform. Features, availability and functionality may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any specific feature will remain available. By joining as a Founding Member, you acknowledge this and agree to engage with the platform in this context.

4. Founding Member Programme

Founding Member access is offered on an invitation basis following application review. Acceptance to the programme does not guarantee any specific feature, timeline or pricing. Founding Members receive early access to the platform in exchange for providing product feedback.

5. Feedback

Founding Members are encouraged to share ideas and suggestions to help improve Pulse. You retain ownership of your own business information at all times.

By submitting feedback, ideas or suggestions about the platform, you grant Global Intelligence Actions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve Pulse without any obligation to compensate you. This licence does not apply to your personal application data or business information, which is governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pulse only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information in your application
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Use the platform in a way that interferes with other users or our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, copy or resell any part of the platform

7. AI-Generated Insights

Pulse uses AI models (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate market signals, opportunity scores, content recommendations and Business DNA profiles. These outputs are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only.

AI-generated insights may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it. Pulse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

8. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

Pulse provides intelligence and recommendations, not guaranteed results. We make no promise that using the platform will result in increased revenue, audience growth, content performance or any other specific business outcome.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks and technology within the Pulse platform are owned by or licensed to Global Intelligence Actions. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.

Content you submit (such as your application information) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to use it to operate the platform and generate your Business DNA profile.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (available at globalintelligenceactions.com/privacy) explains how we collect and handle your personal data. It forms part of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms or if we determine your use is harmful to other users or to the platform. We will endeavour to notify you where possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Intelligence Actions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue or profits.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Pulse shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy available at globalintelligenceactions.com/privacy and any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Intelligence Actions governing your use of Pulse. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify Founding Members of significant changes by email.
